When Bloc cafe Holmfirth asked Swannick-Peach ‘can you make this disused patch of land an additional seating area for our cafe?’
We responded with was ‘let’s have a look, think about it and get something designed for you.’
Swannick-Peach are always up for a challenge, so we did a lot of creative thinking and a lot of drawing and more creative thinking and our answer was ‘yes we can sort that out for you’.
So we went on and prepared accurate drawings and costings for Bloc, and with their approval we got to work and sorted it out.

‘can you build us a new old wall’?
When our client asked Swannick-Peach ‘can you dismantle our unsafe retaining wall make it safe and strong, maintaining the appearance so it looks as though it has always been there. We would like a new old wall please’.
Our response was yes.
